CheckMyMedspa is a free website diagnosis tool built and operated by WorldTech Miami. This policy explains what we collect when you use it, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain because that is how we run the tool: no pitch, just the data.

What we collect

You first enter a website address, then your contact details. We save your details before analyzing the public page. This lets us retain your request if the scan is slow or unavailable.

When you request your free report, you give us:

  • Your email address (required, to send the report and follow up if you want).
  • Your phone number (required) and your separate choice about receiving marketing text messages.
  • The consent wording, version, time, source page, IP address, and browser information, so we can document your choice.
  • Your name, practice or group name, and number of locations (optional).
  • The website you scanned and its resulting scores, so we can prepare a relevant report.

We also record basic technical details that come with any web request, such as approximate country and browser type.

How we use it

  • To generate and display the diagnosis and fix list you requested, and notify our team about your request.
  • So WorldTech Miami can follow up about helping fix the issues, if you are open to it.
  • To send marketing text messages about our website and marketing services only when you separately opt in.
  • To improve the tool.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers. Mobile information and text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only to deliver messages or operate the service on our behalf.

Who handles your data

Your information is handled by WorldTech Miami. To run the tool we use a small number of service providers: Google PageSpeed Insights (to measure site speed) and Cloudflare (to host the tool and store leads securely). We also use our internal Finance Hub to manage submitted leads and AgentMail to deliver internal lead notifications. These providers process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep the information you submit until you ask us to remove it, or until it is no longer needed for the purposes above.

Text messages

Providing a phone number does not opt you in to text messages. The SMS checkbox is optional and starts unchecked. You can receive your report without agreeing to marketing texts. If you opt in, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You can also contact sales@worldtechmiami.com about your messaging preferences. Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete the information you gave us at any time. Email us through wtmstudio.agency/contact/ and we will take care of it.
