Who runs this site
CheckMyMedspa is run by WTM Studio LLC. This policy explains how the prompt library, the website checker and the newsletter handle your information.
Prompt library
You can read and copy every prompt without an account. Copying a prompt does not send the prompt to us. Do not put client information into our tools or into general AI tools. Our hosting provider receives the technical details needed to serve a web page, such as an IP address and browser information.
Website checker and report requests
You first enter a public website address. Some visitors see a first automated finding before the contact form. The checker sends the address to our server to check the page. Google PageSpeed Insights measures speed and takes a screenshot of the public page. Google Gemini, with Google Search, looks up public business information for a sample search. Cloudflare Workers AI, or Google Gemini as a backup, reviews the screenshot for a design note. These checks use public website information only.
When you ask for the full report, we collect your email and phone number. You can also give your name, your med spa name and your number of locations. We save your request before the full scan starts, so it is kept even if the scan is slow. We store the scanned address, the scores and findings, and technical details such as country and browser information. With every report request we also store your IP address and browser information. For your text choice we store the wording, version, time and source page. Anyone with a shared report link can see its public findings while the report is available. Reports expire after 30 days.
We use these details to give you the report, to support the tool and to tell our team about your request. WTM Studio LLC may follow up about your website. A report request does not sign you up for the newsletter. Marketing texts are a separate, optional choice.
Website flow measurement
We use browser storage to keep your assigned version of the checker page and an anonymous journey code. We record steps such as starting a check, seeing a first finding, sending the form, getting a report, and opening or finishing the booking calendar. These records hold no form text, email address, phone number or scanned address, and they expire after 45 days. Your report request may include the journey code so we can see which version of the page led to it.
The Calendly scheduler loads only when you choose to book a call. Calendly handles the details you enter to set up that call. Booking confirmations from the calendar help us measure the page.
Newsletter
When you sign up, we store your email address, the consent wording and its version, the time you signed up, your IP address, your browser information and the page you signed up on. You are added to the list when you sign up and tick the consent box. We then send a welcome email through Resend. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
The signup box starts unchecked. When you tick it, you agree to the newsletter and to occasional emails from WTM Studio LLC, the team behind CheckMyMedspa, about website and AI search services. Each new signup is also added to WTM Studio's contact system, called Finance Hub.
We keep your record while you are subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email. After an unsubscribe, a complaint or a delivery problem, we keep a short record so we do not email you again. The newsletter has clearly labeled sponsor messages. Sponsors do not get our subscriber list. If you follow a sponsor link, that site has its own privacy policy.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and clicks, like copying a prompt or opening a checkout, so we can see what helps. It uses cookies. We never send client information, email addresses or phone numbers to Google Analytics. Links in our emails carry tags that show which email a visit came from. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings.
Service providers
These companies help us run the site, and they handle data for us:
- Cloudflare hosts the site and stores reports, report requests, newsletter records and page-flow records.
- Resend sends the newsletter and tells us about bounces and complaints. Stripe handles sponsor payments. We see the name, email, business details and payment status you give at checkout, but never your full card number.
- Google PageSpeed Insights, Google Gemini with Google Search, and Cloudflare Workers AI handle public website information for the checker.
- Finance Hub, WTM Studio's own contact system, receives report requests and newsletter signups. AgentMail sends our team a notice about each report request.
- Google Analytics 4 counts visits and clicks.
- Calendly handles a call booking, only if you choose to book one.
Optional marketing texts
Giving a phone number does not sign you up for texts. The SMS checkbox is optional and starts unchecked. Its wording names WTM Studio LLC as the sender. You can get your report without agreeing to texts. If you opt in, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See the SMS terms.
Mobile information, text opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may handle them only to run the service and send messages for us.
Your choices and contact
We do not sell the information you give us, and we do not give it to sponsors or advertisers for their own marketing. We keep it while it is needed to run the service or to respect your choices. To ask about access, correction, deletion or your newsletter status, email ray@wtmstudio.agency.
